Hourly Rates.
Every brand and website starts as a cub — and the time, strategy, and expertise invested is what helps it grow into a king of its domain.
While most brand and website projects are quoted at a fixed project investment, I also offer hourly work for smaller tasks, updates, and one-off design requests.

Hourly Rates by Service.
*From 1 July 2026.
Brand Design
$159 per hour
(billed in 15-minute increments).
This applies to things such as:
• brand refinements
• design updates
• additional brand assets
• presentation graphics
• social media templates
• small design requests for existing clients.
Website Work
Maintenance Plan Clients

(billed in 15-minute increments)
Non-Maintenance Clients
$169 per hour
(billed in 15-minute increments)
For website-related work, hourly rates depend on whether you are part of my Website Maintenance, Security & Care Plan.
Brand Strategy
$189/hr
(billed in 15-minute increments).
Brand strategy work includes positioning, messaging development, brand architecture, brand direction sessions, and strategic brand planning.
Because this work is highly consultative and insight-driven, it is typically booked as part of a structured brand project or strategy session rather than ongoing hourly work.

Why the Different Website Rates?
Jumping into a website that hasn’t been routinely updated, secured, and maintained by me often requires additional backend work — even for simple updates.
This is one of the main reasons I recommend joining my Website Maintenance, Security & Care Plan.
When I manage the technical side of your website — including updates, security, monitoring, and backups — everything stays running smoothly behind the scenes. That means I can jump in quickly when you need changes, and I’m happy to offer a reduced hourly rate for updates, revisions, and additions.
When Hourly Work Is Used
Hourly work is typically used for things like:
• quick website updates
• content edits or page changes
• small development additions
• troubleshooting or fixes
• additional design work
• updates to existing brand assets
Before starting any hourly work, I’ll gather the details and provide an estimate of the time required so you know what to expect.
A Note on Rates
My hourly rates sit comfortably within the typical range for experienced freelance designers and small design studios.
Most professional brand and web designers/strategists charge anywhere between $90 – $380 per hour depending on their experience, expertise, and level of service.
I aim to keep my rates fair and accessible while still delivering thoughtful, strategic design work that supports your business long-term.
