Get Perspective

Logo Redesign & Squarespace Website Revamp

The Brief

The client came to me with an existing logo and colour palette, seeking a refreshed look that felt more professional and reflective of the depth of their psychological practice.

She had started building a Squarespace website, and I stepped in to redesign the logo, refine the layout, and create custom icons and copy — bringing everything together with a clean, modern aesthetic and a consistent user experience.

A pen, two cards with a geometric design and the text Get Perspective Optimise your wellbeing, and a small stack of smooth grey stones are arranged on a neutral background.

Logo Redesign

The original logo featured a Celtic symbol, chosen for its meaning of resilience — “whichever way you fall, you always land on your feet” — though the client no longer felt connected to this story or used it in her branding.

While a full rebrand wasn’t in scope, I evolved the design into an open delta symbol representing openness to change, paired with the final quarter of the moon — a subtle nod to transition, balance, and calm release.

Two logos for Get Perspective. The original logo has a teal Celtic knot and tagline Trauma-informed Therapy & Supervision. The redesign has a teal-blue semicircle, abstract triangle, and Optimise your wellbeing as the strapline.
A collage of images and graphics, including a library, plants, a laptop showing a woman, handwritten text inhale exhale, a phone screen, abstract designs, the phrase WANING MOON, and a hand holding a glass sphere.
Four teal square logos for Get Perspective: Trauma-Informed Therapy & Supervision, each with different modern geometric designs and variations of the text and background elements.
A card on a beige surface reads Get Perspective Optimise your wellbeing with a teal and blue logo above. Shadows of large leaves are cast on the background.

Squarespace Web Design

A computer monitor displays a website for Get Perspective, offering psychological services and supervision. The screen shows a smiling woman, contact options, and a button for a free 15-minute consultation.
A computer screen and two web page mock-ups display a website with the heading Supervision, featuring a calm water background, navigation menus, and sections for blog posts and information.
A computer monitor displays a website with a smiling woman on the homepage. To the right, multiple website pages are shown as vertical previews, featuring text, images, and soft pastel colour schemes.
A computer monitor displays a website homepage with the word Counselling over an image of a beach. Beside it, two long screenshots show detailed views of the same site and another titled EMDR with a peaceful theme.

"I am absolutely thrilled with the logo/brand work and web design completed for my business. Kimmie's exceptional creativity and attention to detail resulted in a visually stunning logo that perfectly captures my brand's essence.

The website design is equally impressive, providing a seamless user experience. The professionalism and communication throughout the project was outstanding.

I highly recommend this talented person for her remarkable work that has elevated my business's image and increased customer engagement."

The Colour Palette

The existing brand palette featured a calming charcoal grey and deep teal — grounding tones that reflect professionalism and depth.

To soften and balance the overall aesthetic, I introduced a warm sandy neutral, inspired by the coastal lifestyle of the Sunshine Coast and echoed in the client’s office décor.

This subtle shift brings a sense of light, calm, and connection to place, while maintaining the brand’s clean, contemporary feel.

Four vertical colour bars: dark grey, teal, light beige, and white, arranged from left to right on a white background.
