Is this a ready-made template I customise myself, or a custom design?
It's a ready-made template. I've done the design work, and you customise it yourself using the tutorials and resources in your Welcome Guide. If you'd rather a fully custom design, that's a separate service, just get in touch.
Can I use this template for a client's website?
Yes, but you can't present or promote the design as entirely your own work.
Can I use the same template on more than one website?
No, each purchase covers one website. If you want to use the same design on a second site, you'll need to buy it again.
Can I resell the template or share the files with anyone else?
No. You can't resell it, claim it as your own design, or share the template files, graphics, or any included elements with anyone else.

Can I get a refund if I change my mind?
All templates are digital products, so I'm not able to offer refunds or exchanges once a purchase is made. Have a good look through the demo, features, and FAQs before you buy.
What should I check before I buy?

Do you offer ongoing updates to my template after I buy it?
Your access to the template doesn't expire, but I can't promise ongoing updates forever, especially once a template is retired from the shop.
What happens if my template is retired from the shop?
It won't receive any further updates, but you'll keep full access to what you already have.

You can change your colours, fonts, graphics, images, and text, add new pages, and rearrange the layout, all to make it feel like yours.
Do I need any design or coding skills?
No coding needed, just the tools already inside Squarespace, and I've linked a tutorial for every step.
Can I add extra pages?
That's outside standard support, though I may be able to help with it too, just ask.
Do I need to write my own Policies?
I set up your policy pages ready for you to drop your own information in. If you'd rather have these auto-updating, get in touch, I've got an add-on you can purchase for $186.
Delivery & Getting Set Up
What happens if I let my Squarespace trial lapse?
Squarespace marks your site for deletion, so keep an eye on it. Extend your trial or move onto a paid plan before it runs out.
Can you resend my template if I've lost access, and is there a fee? the same template on more than one website?
Yes, within 30 days of your original purchase, for a $99 admin fee. After 30 days, you'll need to buy the template again.
How long until I receive my template?
Within 48 hours of your purchase. You'll get a confirmation email straight away with access to my resources and tutorial library, then a second email with your template invite once it's ready.
What if my existing site isn't on Squarespace 7.1?
The install add-on requires your existing site to already be on Squarespace 7.1, so it's worth checking this before you buy.
What if I've bought the standard template but actually want the install add-on?
