I’ve got a brand design question...

Do you present multiple concepts?

No, based on your strategy questionnaire, I provide multiple moodboards from which you choose the direction you would like to go. 

Do you offer payment plans?

Yes! Payment plans can be split into 2 payments over a 2 month period. I require a 50% deposit to start the project.

Do you offer discounts?

Yes, I offer a discount for any client who pays the full project amount in full.

Are we a good fit?

Once we have a chat, if either one of us decides that it's not a good fit, I'm more than happy to give you some names of excellent brand designers I recommend! 

Who owns the design files?

Yes, I hand over the designer files for logos. My services agreement states that you get the intellectual property.

I may use your designs to promote my work as a Brand Designer, but ownership of the final logos is yours. Working design files for additional assets are case-by-case. This includes business cards and marketing materials. An additional administration fee may apply.

I can arrange Non Disclosure Agreements at your expense. I don't include trademarking logos in my design process. Clients are responsible for submitting logos for trademark.
