Website Policies for Australian Businesses
I set up and manage an auto-updating Privacy Policy, Terms of Service, Cookie Policy and consent banner for your website. When the law changes, your policy changes with it.
The Risk...
Why does your Australian website need Policies?
If your site has a contact form, an email sign up, or something like Google Analytics running quietly in the background, you're likely already collecting personal information. That's enough for privacy law to apply, no matter how small your business is.
Australian business websites may need different policies depending on what the website does, the information it collects and who it serves.
Fines start at $2,500 per violation. Per visitor.
Australia's Privacy Act applies here at home, and if you sell to customers overseas, US, UK, EU or Canadian privacy laws can reach you too, regardless of where your business is based.

The Fix
Website Policies that stay up to date.
I'm a certified data privacy agency partner of Termageddon, the longest running policy generator listed as a trusted vendor by the International Association of Privacy Professionals.
I set up your licence, and whenever privacy law changes anywhere that affects your site, your policies update automatically.

I use Termageddon for my own website too. I chose it because I'd rather have policies that can respond to relevant changes than rely on documents I have to remember to manually review.

I Add and Test Your Website Policies
From there, Termageddon tracks the laws. If something changes, your policies update on their own.
Already have me looking after your website? Website policies can sit alongside your ongoing WordPress website maintenance, so there’s one less part of your site for you to keep track of.
Website Policy Subscription & Pricing

Billed annually.
*Termageddon occasionally adjusts its own pricing. If that happens, I'll let you know well before your policies renew.
One-off setup — $250
I’ll take care of the setup for you, from getting your Termageddon licence ready and your policies configured to adding them to your website and checking everything is working as it should.
You’ll just need to complete a questionnaire about your business and website. I’ll handle the website side, so you don’t have to figure out where everything goes or how to set it up yourself.
A few things worth knowing.
Frequently Asked Questions.
Is this legal advice?
No. I'm not a lawyer, and Termageddon isn't a law firm either. What you're getting is a system designed to generate policies based on your answers and help keep them updated as supported privacy laws change. For anything beyond that, you'll want your own legal advice.
What happens when a law changes after I've signed up?
Termageddon tracks privacy law changes across Australia, the US, UK, EU and Canada, and pushes the update straight to your policy. You'll get an email letting you know it happened.
I already have a Privacy Policy. Do I need this?
Maybe. The important question is whether your current policy still reflects your website, the data you collect and the privacy laws that apply to your business. A Termageddon policy is designed to make ongoing updates easier, rather than leaving you to remember to review everything manually.
Can I set this up myself instead?
Yes. You're welcome to go directly through Termageddon using my partner link, though you'll be managing the setup and any future changes yourself.
Ready to get this one off your list?
Send me a message and I'll get your policies sorted.
Planning a new website?
Website policies can also be included as part of your website setup, so everything is ready to go from the start.
I'm not a lawyer, and nothing on this page is legal advice. Working out exactly which policies your website needs is ultimately your responsibility as the site owner. I recommend Termageddon because it's the policy generator I trust, and I'm proud to be a certified partner.
